Basic Steps and Actions Needed to Become a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Massachusetts

Have a Social Security Number (SSN).
Be at least 18 years old.
Take the required 40-hour Massachusetts Real Estate Course, offered by a licensed and bonded real estate school.
Apply for and Schedule to take the Massachusetts real estate license exam by presenting your course completion certificate.
Pass the Massachusetts real estate exam.
Before leaving the exam center, pay the license fee and immediately receive your Massachusetts real estate license.
